Children's Treatments 

Many of our treatments at Amida, such as acupuncture, tuina and health screenings, are ideal for treating your children and helping them to stay strong and fit.  Complementary therapy offers a gentle, holistic way to treat childhood problems and can often reduce the need for drugs and medication.  We also have an excellent range of high quality supplements from Biocare especially formulated for children. 

Massaging your baby is a great way to help the bonding experience.  It is relaxing for both parents and babies and studies have suggested it has many benefits, including helping your little one's sleep, breathing, circulation and digestion.  Babies love skin contact and the sense of touch is highly developed.  Through touch you can communicate your love to your baby and enhance your connection.  

We offer massage training workshops where you can gain confidence in the massage technique (and hopefully have a fun and relaxing time!).  Please ask for details.
